Monitor the kitchen’s operation on kitchen motion such as wok and frying station and kitchen preparation station
Propose, create and test new menus for V-Meals, V-Savor and others
Involve in R&D for culinary art / seasoning / sauce
In-charge of Kitchen Raw Material Management (inventory audit, stock and ingredients planning, material purchasing, etc.)
Provide guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including line cooking, food preparation and dish plating

Key Qualifications
